J. Scott Komarnicki

We are excited to welcome Scott Komarnicki and his clients from Legacy Financial Services to the Cornerstone family. The family-oriented nature of Cornerstone Financial fits perfectly with how Scott has operated Legacy Financial, serving his clients since 2008. Scott joined Cornerstone in 2018 after establishing a respected relationship with the Rex Family.
Scott has been serving the Hampton Roads community in the area of personal finance for 25+ years beginning with his career at Life Savings Bank in 1991. He began working with VALIC as an Investment Advisor Representative in 2000. Helping clients reach their financial goals is a privilege to Scott and he has enjoyed contributing to the “team of planners” approach at Cornerstone. Scott graduated with a bachelor’s degree in Finance from Liberty University.
Scott has lived in Virginia Beach since 1980 and loves spending time with his wife and four children.
